Excellent questions.

Water is boiled in the kettle, which may or may not whistle (it depends upon the style of kettle). The boiling is crucial.

Dried tea leaves are placed in the bottom of a teapot, and water from the kettle is then poured into the teapot.

As the tea is poured, the tea remaining in the teapot will become stronger. More hot water is then added from the kettle.

That's it.

the kettle is used to boil the water. the tea POT is where you put the hot water and tea bags together. you put in on the ring of a stove and let it simmer. the whistling kettle is the old way of letting you know that the kettles boiled. as the steam tried to escape through the cap, it blows the whistle. these days, generally the kettle just switches itself off.

even as it whistles, that is executed and able to apply. really undemanding actual. =) frequently, may say that a kettle of water may take variety of 6 minutes to boil. i'd eliminate previous to it boiling.. around the 5 minute mark. That a lot warmth may be pleanty warm on your tea. also, merely use trial and mistake. even if that is too warm the first time, dont save it on as lengthy the subsequent. reliable success! =)
