Hair Loss
There are two types of hair loss.
Androgenetic alopecia is chronic and corresponds to a premature depletion of hair. This type of alopecia mainly concerns men (30% of 30-year old men, 40% of 40-year old men and 85% of 65-year old men) although a certain percentage of women may also be affected.

This type of hair thinning is genetically programmed.
It is the result of several factors, particularly the impact of an enzyme (5-α reductase) on androgens. It also depends on the quality of the area surrounding the hair bulb, especially the blood capillaries and connective tissue, which deteriorate prematurely, leading to an unfavorable environment for bulb vitality and hair growth.

And Reactive alopecia, which is temporary and manifests itself through a reduction in hair volume. This can last for several months and mainly affects women.

Reactive hair thinning results from a temporarily deregulated hair life cycle, due to internal or external factors: lifestyle (stress, pollution, and weight-loss diet), hormonal changes, biological clock (seasonal changes, aging), etc.

Dandruff
Dandruff conditions result from irregular cellular activity: the cells in the scalp regenerate too quickly, causing excessive desquamation and microbial proliferation, which is often accompanied by itchiness. Stress, fatigue, pollution, imbalanced diets and epidermal sensitivity are the most common factors in the formation of dandruff.

Hair loss can come from stress and it can if you don't stick to a certain type of product for your hair and dandruff occurs when your scalp is too dry but there are dandruff shampoos and conditioners for the treatment of that.
