Weight Watchers is not about diet it is a health eating plan you can treat yourself and if i want a burger king and i know its point value i can work out the excersise i would need to do to help me gain bonus points to allow me to treat myself!

ortanna3, the whole point of weight watchers is that you can still eat whatever you want in moderation. Thats where the point system comes in. Each person is allocated so many points per day to use, every food having a points value,so if someone wants to go to Burger King they can. Dont pass comment until you know what you are talking about.

I see that someone has given you a pretty thorough answer. I would try and find another treat if I were you though - it is not just the points but the amount of saturated fat and other ickyness that there are in fast food. Why don't you make your own burgers, then you could use lean beef, lean bacon, wholemeal bun etc etc and it would still be a yummy treat.
Still, denying yourself things completely is never good.
Good luck with keeping to the weight loss

No but call weight watchers and find out and while you are at it see if they know points for any other places you might want to treat yourself at. You could try going to the burger king website to find nutrition info.

When you treat yourself its best not to think about the points. I would have thought that there were so many Weight Watchers just ignore their existence, knowing would scare the crap out of me anyway!

In breakfast, go ahead and consume orange juice. But throughout other day, focus on water rather then juice or soda

Keep a reusable water bottle on your own desk to sip often. Remaining hydrated can satiate hunger and also cravings, reduce bloating, and maintain you more alert.
