SOMETIMES WE ARE TO BE BLAMED BY OUR OWN PROBLEMS by trying to find fault with God.
God is the almighty creator and everything that He created is good. The sequences of His creation is out of His Godly wisdom and sovereign will. So, be happy with His ways and you will live a happy life.

I heard that Lilith and Adam were made at the same time and after Lilith denied God and shunned Adam she was sent away from Eden and then Eve was created from Adam's Rib.

what do you mean by unfair? everything happen with cause and effect. god not do something just to waste his time of he don't have other thing to do.
god create human being to become the ruler or manager of this world. so, that mean god want man to rule the world with assistance of woman. man can rules alone, that the reason woman created from man rib.
rib located at side of the body. meaning woman must stand beside man not below, top, front or behind. so, woman and man is equal,, no one is higher or lower.
in the heaven also eve ask Adam to take the forbidden fruit. what we can say here, the task of man to satisfy woman not other way arround. and task of woman is to make man happy. if we read again, eve created after adam felt lonely and boring. so, god create eve.
i don't think god not fair to us or to waman. god made everything with reason.

"Rib" is a kind of pun that shows there was a translation from Babylonian to Hebrew. In Babylonian Eve's name was Nin-Ti "Lady Life"; Ti means "Life". In Hebrew Ti means rib.
