they are reallly similar..they are almost the same and they can easily understand each other.. except some words..like '' i do'' in czech is ''delam'' while in slovakian is ''robim'' ..no in czech is ''ne'' and in slovakian ''nie'',how r u in czech is ''jak se mas?'' and in slov. is ''ako sa mas?'' slovakian language is a softer one..don't forget that they were one country..

Very. Many words are the same. Like, I'm russian but if someone speaks czech or polish or another slovak language, I can understand a lot of it.

Hi, they are very close. It means that it's possible to understand each other in 95 percent. It can be compared to american and britain or australian english. Some words are different, but in general you have no problems to understand and explain yourself.
