I am one of the good guys, and I would like to offer some good advice and not just for you, but for all of the readers here intent on looking for an angle to be with you.

First of all, you state that you want to leave, not that you need to leave, and many supposed men here are encouraging you to pack your things and do it., and shame on them.

If you were there girlfriend and you were on the Internet, and they really loved you, and for what ever reason you were miserable and temporally felt your relationship was rotten, no matter how temporary your feeling then, I am sure that they would not want other guys giving you advice like this.

When are Men going to start behaving as Men, and stop trying to undercut there fellow Man over relationships, and realize that it is because of there own behavior and double standard that good relationships are not only hard to find, but also hard to maintain if other men are going to constantly try to be weasels.

With regard to your question, like I said your statement is brief as to why you are feeling as if you want out of your relationship, however I would suggest that if it is possible you speak with your dad directly, or add additional details about why you are feeling this way, as I feel confident that you would not be with the man you are with currently unless you had strong feelings for him, perhaps you can work your problems out, in stead of fleeing from your situation.

If you cannot work your problems out, and you still feel your relationship is unbearable, then please get out of it, however please don't go with a weasel of a man.

YOU JUST HAVE TO PICK UP WHAT YOU WANT TO TAKE WITH YOU AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE. DON'T LET HIM know what you are doing and don't let any of your Friend no where you are going if he know them because they may slip up and say the wrong thing. and when you do take off make sure you have money where you are not coming back. there are a lot of good guys out there .

Not much detail, as in,......... are there children involved?, is it an abusive relationship?, is it both?, are you a high school aged person?, are you an adult?, is he just lazy won't keep a job?, are you too prissy and he can't handle your whiny behavior?. Basically need more info. The best i can tell you is talk to him and explain it's over in a mature fashion.
