1 there is a spray out of rubber cement it is not permanent and I think it has enough then you can get some thin poster board and paint the cut out pattern you want to stick on the wall spray the back and the area you want then do what ever the can SIDS or only what the can tells you - to the best of my knowledge the is temporary stick but you should check first but it will look like it was painted on the wall LOL tell your mom that it is not she will flip other wise LOL Have fun sexy LOL

Check out the store, "Spencer Gifts or a store like it.
You can buy lighting that casts colorful patterns on the wall and yes, circles too.
You can get the result you want by simply using light, instead of paint.

You will grow up one day and if you paint the red circles on the walls one day you will have to paint over them and that is whats going to happen. that's the problem. it easier to put up a few poster and than take them down when you get tied of the red circles because they Will get old.

first purchase a house with painted red in colour ... then paint it with white colour (but leaving several circular areas un-painted ) ... thus u can get red circles over a white wall, without painting red circles ... its that your parents want

hi..
u might find circles that can be stickd on the wall i dont really know where u can find them.
u can also make circles on a papper and then hang them by putting glue or whatever under all the edges so it will be smooth on wall.
hmmmmm.

well honey..its their house!
however....you could go to a craft store and see if there is anything that you could use instead of paint..like fabric. that you could pin, or staple to the wall.fabric with different texture and even patterns (in red or whatever)...there is also in the fabric department...pillow fringe its the dangly stuff that's on fancy pillows, they even have "ribbon" edging with beads. they come in all kinds of colors and designs...that's what i used to use in my old room (back in the day, my parent wouldn't allow me to paint either) have fun with it!

do it with fabric and use something sticky that will not stay on the wall and can easily peel off. go to the arts and crafts store (Michaels) they will help you with that they have all types of glue for that type of thing

If you give your parents a cleaning deposit, say $400, they might be a lot more understanding.
