You can try drinking smoothies including whey protein powder. However the RDA (recommended daily allowance) of protein for each person is different. You usually need around 1g of protein for each Kg you weight. You should not exceed the RDA of protein since higher levels of protein intake have not been proven to be necessary and may be harmful due to increased stress on the kidneys and liver. There also some osteoporosis problems linked with that.

it depends what you need from it.
if you want to bulk you should take something like Met-rx total nutrition or Myoplex.
if you want just straight protein go for whey as it is much easier to absorb therefore quicker acting.
most protien drinks have the same or similar amounts of protein in them (around 30g, maximum around 50g)
they are all pretty similar, it really depends which one you prefer the taste of.
personally i woulkd go for Met-rx as it tastes pretty good but maybe slightly more expensive.
lastly try and stick with chocolate or vanilla flovor. they tend to taste best.

get Amway's Protein powder under Nutrilite. its in a tasteless powder form so u can add to soy milk, food or sweeteners..
