Well, this intelligent person is telling you that Indian curries are perhaps the healthiest food you can eat. India has a venerable, vegetarian cuisine that dates back thousands of years, and their diet is rich with legumes, fiberous vegetables and whole grains. The majority of curries are not laced with ghee or deep fried. Meats are often used more as a condiment, with the curry sauce being the main event. There are thousands and thousands of curry recipes in India, and to generalize that it is overall an unhealthy cuisine is ignorant and ridiculous.

I don't know any intelligent indian person who would argue that indian curry is healthy. It does taste better, but that's not answering the question. Indian curry usually has more oil and/or ghee - a really rich butter product. It usually has cream too, but it could be yogurt, which isn't that bad. Thai curry is tasty too but even fattier with oil and coconut milk. Chinese curry can be made oily or not, depends on your chef.

I think Indian curry is more healthier than chineese curry, as it is made up of all nautral spices of India. Indian spices and curry have been studied since ancient time for their medicinal and nutritive values and the best one's are selected to use for cooking. For eg. Garlic and clone used helps to protect your teeth and strenghten the digestive system.

Curry is not likely to be a healthy food. Indian curry is made with fried vegetables with excess oil and spices. Chinese curry is made with mainly boiled or light fried vegetables and without much strong spices.

the Indian curry ofcourse, the reason being.
Indian curry is full of different spices, which in turn provide benefit in one form or the other, for example turmeric which is being proved in healing wounds is a regular input in all Indian curries.
On the other hand Chinese do not use many spices and may have a bland or single flavor but they use enough of Ajinomoto(mono sodium glutamate) in each of their curries, which in long run is a serious cause of cancer.
In Indian curry use of milk products like curd, cream, butter, milk is almost certain which is not used in Chinese ones as Chinese are not tolerant to the use of much milk.
Chinese curry comes usually in three flavors. sour, sweet and sour, and chilly.Indian curries come in a variety of flavors.
