I suggest that firstly get yourself a great CV.

Then, not only apply in 5 star but say great tourist resort, 3 star or 4 star 9start low to gain experienec). You must try to do it as you need to show you have an experience, Once you get experience you can aim for the top.

Also, consider new country, consider Airport and their tourist places, anything which will bring you up with experience to 5 star.

There is lots new 5 star hotels opening in Dubai, Why dont you just explore??

see usualy job requirements (they need experienece):

Be a great employee at a 2 star.
Become a great employee at a 3 star
Keep trying to get a job at a 4 star
When you get a job at a 4 star be the best employee they have.
Start looking for a job at a five star.

A major in English-tourism and 3.04 GPA does not mean a lot when you compete for a job against people with experience and a proven track record.
Start at the bottom- OK middle and work your way up.
