We are still boyfriend/girlfriend.
Please don't tell me about how we should have waited until we were married to have sex.

I would say it depends on your relationship with your childs father but reality is that i believe as the childs biological father he has as much right to the child as you do that is supporting the child as well but to be sure consult your local CAB citizens advice bereau they should be able to point you in the right direction. Keep cool, all the best of luck.

If he is on the child birth certificate and has been taking care of the child then he has rights to see his child. He should be paying child support as well.

He is the child's father. You don't need to be married to be a father.

It all depends on whether or not his name is on the birth certificate. If it is not, then you or he would have to file for a paternity test to prove that he is.
If his name is not on the certificate, legally he has no rights until he proves paternity. That means no visitation or child support if you were to seperate. Your parents would get the children if anything were to happen to you.

Well... His obligation is to pay monthly support or whatever they call that... But as for the child, he can have relationship with his dad if mom lets him and if he even cares... That's how it goes with me and my father.

Since he is the kid's biological father, he has as much right as you do.
