Depends on why you missed your flight. If it was your fault, then you don't have much chance. If it was because of NWA, then ask to talk to a manager. If they won't do anything, talk to the Better Business Bureau and see about filing a complaint.

The key to your correct answer. Did you purchase a refundable or non-refundable ticket? Have you attempted to resolve with NWA? What was NWA's response? Was NWA's response to you based on the terms and conditions of the ticket?

As outlined in the credit card disclosure, A credit card company needs to receive your dispute in writing within 1 to 2 billing cycles after the charge was billed. If you are within that time frame, place your dispute in writing and send it to the credit card company. That does not guarantee a refund. But, you will at least have the issue reviewed per the arbitration guidelines.

Also, I would recommend contacting NWA for credit towards a future flight. They may be more willing to accommodate the request based on win situation for both parties.

If you missed the flight do to your own fault you will not win a dispute. The credit card issuers place a certain liability on the consumer when you are making a purchase.

You cannot dispute something if you were made aware of all policies prio to purchase. Believe me, airlines disclose ALL terms and conditions before the transaction is complete. Just because you didn't read them doesn't mean you are exempt.

Your credit card also makes you aware what items are disputable and what items are not. Again this is all disclosed in the terms of agreements which is sent out with the card, it is your responsibilty to read them.

You cannot do anything as bcoz you arent able to avail the service which you have already paid for. Even for chargeback you need the void slip from the vendon.
