I can't sleep at night and I end up falling asleep in the early morning. When I go to work in the afternoon I have an awful time making it through my shift. Does anyone else have this problem or something like it? How do you deal with it?

maybe you need to reset your body clock if you can that is meaning demands put on you by family and others just stay up for what ever you can like a couple of days then set a set time to goto bed and follow it! do not break it find out when you wake up on your own then if it is too late for work or whqt ever it is for adjust the time you goto bed to cover the time you wake up in the morning that made you late for your event. and that should do it family I do not know how to factor that in I just do what works for me.

Slimfast and coffee. They both give me energy,so they work well combined.I don't use Slimfast for dieting, just nutrition.I love that stuff.Powdered works better, but it's a matter of taste.Of course, you could try taking Benedryll at night.Might help you sleep and it's safe.It only works for a couple of hours for me,but I've had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember.Stinks, doesn't it?

OK, when you wake up do some short exercises do something lightly stimulating then take a 30-60 min nap prior to going to work.

Homeopathy :-
Take SULFUR 200C once a day first thing in the morning with nothing to eat thirty minutes before and after taking it. Report back with your progress after taking it for three days .
Take Care and God Bless

are you suffering from insomia or something troubling you or what? Try to exchange your workshift if its possible, or better yet, drink milk at night to help you get a selep and if not, why dont you try sleeping pills? One that can work for you, ask your physician.
