Since u have a 7 yr old daughter, i think u should go in 4 Labradors. They r known 4 their friendly nature & get along easily with children. They r non - violent , lovabable canines.
PS- Black Labs. look cherubic.

Your daughter would love to have a min pin. The only thing with that is they are very hyper dogs, but they are very lovable and small. Its a dog that any kid would love, finnally someone or somedog that will keep up with the hyper kids...... They cost anywhere between 200 and about 700. She will love it.

Go to the pound. Find one that you think is adoreable..........go and visit it a couple of times, take it for walks, play with it in the play area, observe how it acts around other dogs, etc. The temperment of the dog is much more important than the breed.........except beagles, they are so cute but they love to run and dig!

We have a Yorkshire Terrier. She is a good dog but very playful.
