Masturbation is a healthy release of sexual tension. I guess it could be bad if you felt the urge to do it until your thingie got all red and chafed :) Seriously though, when I was a teenager, I did it alot, and didn't talk about it with my friends, thought it was taboo. Of course is something you do in private, and if you're young and looking to explore your sexual desires, it's a great way to imagine your fantasies into quasi-reality :)
