no, it has nothing to do with style of dress, size of breasts or even makeup. Sexy is how you feel inside. It's the way you go about yourself and how you present yourself. If you feel sexy, then baby. you are sexy!!

Sexy is a state of mind. It's nothing you can wear. Nothing you can buy. It's something that comes and radiates within and then shines on the outside. Some women just have it. If you don't have it, you can get it though. You have to feel good and confident about yourself, once you do.. you become desirable to the opposite sex and then that is the definition of sexy.
Knowing you, yourself is sexy.... IS SEXY.

Sexy means that when you see/think about hm/her that you think about sex. They inspire fantasies. You can increase sexiness by showing more cleavage or making your breast bigger, but sexiness is in the eye of the beholder.
I remember telling a friend in high school that I was going to ask out this girl I thought was gorgeous and he watched me go up to her, and get rejected :( , but when I got back he told me that he thought her friend was the hotter of the two.
