Again it is not based per se on "fineness" it is based on a woman's character. Be picky and critical about the right things. You are attracted to charisma and glamour that you don't stop to inquire about character. Character--that intangible quality that is reflected in a woman's values and the way she treats the world and the men she's involved with. It could be also the these women are failing to get beyond the superficial (your boss), maybe. You probably are a wonderful man, but you are not standing out in the crowd. But that doesn't mean you are boring and ordinary. It just means that they need to take the time to see the ways in which you are fascinating and special. Remember, sometimes the only clue that you have that a woman is sincere and genuine is that she doesn't appeal to any of your romantic fantasies: she isn't overly good-looking is one of them.
