Ok, first switch conditioners immediately! Try Redken Clear and Smooth. This is for normal hair, but it will not damage or cause your hair to be oily with too much nutrients. Also, deep condition your hair once a week. Before bed, wash your hair apply the deep condition then when you get up rinse the hair.

There may be many things to cause you hair to be breaking and falling out. From your diet to alapechea or something more serious. If you are actually balding I would have to say you would be best going to a doctor and getting diagnosed. If your hair just has allot split ends and breakage there is a great hair treatment on the market called ojon. Its supposed to be good for all hair types. www.ojon.com. It helps to strengthen and thicken hair bringing it to full health. Its the best product I have ever tried.

If you haven't done anything different with your hair in the past six months, like using different hair products, straighteners/perms, or something like that, it could be a nutritional deficiency. If you observe that your nails have become brittle, you facial skin is looking tired, your lips are somewhat pale and you've been feeling sluggish in the past 6 months, you cold be suffering anemia.

I have also had anemia before which also caused my hair to break and fall. Anemia is really common among women and it takes its toll on your hair first. You can take iron supplements and eat more fish, lean meat and green-leafed vegetables to combat iron deficiency. Don't expect results immediately, as it takes time for your body to recover from the deficiency.

Condition your hair every time you wash.. Deep Condition your hair atleast once in two weeks. Do Not Rub your hair if your drying with a towel. Do Not use your hairdryer too close to your scalp if you're drying with hairdryer. Use a wide toothed hair comb and make sure you comb regularly atleast twice a day. Trim your hair atleast every three months with scissors only.

Hope these basic guidelines help you.

It could be a medication or drugs if you're on them. Lescol for high cholesteral made my hair fall out. Once I went off of it, it started to come back.

If you are on medication, ask your doctor for other alternatives. A lot of drugs can cause hair fall.
