The concussion grenade is otherwise known as a "flash-bang". It generates a loud noise (concussion), a bright light, and shock wave. It is designated as "non-lethal", however, if you use your body to cover it, you may sustain life threatening injuries. The body of the concussion grenade does not just disappear, and small amounts of shrapnel will be released by the explosion.
The fragmentation grenade is a grenade that is designed to kill, or injure, enemy combatants. When the grenade explodes, it sends hard metal pieces (fragments) of the grenade into the surrounding area. The killing range of the fragmentation grenade is 5 meters (15 feet), with an injury radius of 15 meters (45 feet). While in the "injury" radius, you can still sustain life threatening injuries.

Ok, Grey Bear has the right of it. Fragmentation grenades throw shrapnel, little pieces of wire that are like very small bullets.
Concussion grenades are NOT "flash-bangs". Flash-bangs or stun grenades (now more correctly called "distraction devices" make light and noise WITHOUT concussion. Concussion is simply a big shock wave. In an open area, concussion grenades do very little damage, unless you are right next to them. In an enclosed area (a room) they are DEADLY.

Concussion grenades produce a shock wave which can kill, maim, or render unconscious.
Fragmentation grenades produce projectiles which can kill, main, or render unconscious.
They have a killing range which can be as great as 15 metres with the greater range attributable to fragmentation grenades through irregular and circumstantial projectiles.

hmmm prob the name would give you a clue
fragment grenade kills people with the shrapnel and the ball bearings inside, the force of the explosion propels these metal shards and kills anyone within a radius of 10 m i heard. its enough to screw up your internals
concussion i dont know much...maybe the force of the explosion sends out a shock wave that's so great it fries our digits or something
