i found the e book to be very informative and easy to ascertain. i have lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too without delay. i am going to admit i have not stated the coaching guide precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet as a rule) and doing little or no exercising, even if the load keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i'd stated it precisely i imagine it would scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i'd lose. So thanks lower back for the information. i have under no circumstances bought some thing like this previously because they're often finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful wonder. commence on the prompt!

Good luck, there is no possible way you can lose 18 pounds in 24 hours. Despite what anyone will tell you, it isn't possible unless you have plastic surgery done. To drop a few pounds though, you can try to exercise a bit (don't over do it) and drink plenty of ice-cold water (ice-cold water actually burn calories as you drink).

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Loosing 18 pounds in 24 hours is not realistic and very dangerous for your health. Tell your fiancé that hospitals do not have wedding chapels.

firstly it's ridiculous if your fiance won't marry you cos of your weight. ditch him.
if that's impossible, do an enema. it sounds stupid but it can shed 5-15 pounds at a go. not recommended for long term weight lost tho. that's better done through exercise and diet control.

instead of losing that weight hun....you mightess well lose your fiance! he/ she should take you as you are even if your not so well proportioned on the outside. you are the reason why he/ she fell in love with you in the first place and you shouldn't have to change that for them. your already sacrificing so much for them and if this weight thing is going to be a big issue then you might as well kick them to the curb! it'll be their lose.

Ditch his @** and get you someone who loves those curves! There are plenty of men who love it.
But if you insist....
Body wraps at the salon
Sweat a lot
Dont eat
Take a water pill
Take a laxative
excercise, it makes you look slimmer than actual weight
Be careful because these can be dangerous if you take them too far.

your screwed hun 18 pounds in 1 day even ex-lax wouldn't take of 18 pounds in 1 day good luck though and if she really loved you she would marry you for who you are not what you look like anyways i think you could do better than that shoot anyone could do better than that she is lame tell her to loose 18 pounds in 1 day and ask her if she is able to do it man women these days (no respect) GOOD LUCK

You can take a lot of laxatives and diearetics which will make you expell a lot of the fluid from your body and also a lot of solid waste, together they will add up.
I have to ask why you have waited until 1 day before to try to do this, surely you knew this before now!
