Enemas shouldn't be used unless instructed by a doctor. They can cause very nasty side effects (not to mention the mess).
But to answer your question: yes. Farts are created by gas produced by the breaking down of food, and enemas only get rid of firm matter in your bowels. There's a probability that your farts would stink even more, actually.

Yes. There is no way NOT to fart. Farting is caused by several things: gas produced by chemical interactions in our guts, gas produced by bacteria native to the intestines, swallowing air, etc..
You can, however, change the smell of farts by watching what you eat: beans, cabbage, milk, bread, eggs, and beer all contain sugars that are hard to digest and the bacteria go to town and start producing gas.
The link below provides many answers to the eternal questions surrounding farts.

Farts stink, because it is the gas in your stomach, and the digestive gases, it is based on what is in your stomach and the gases breaking down food. Enema's wouldn't help one way or the other.

your spelling stinks from cake hole to dump hole.
it's "enema".
your farts will stink no matter how many of those you endure.
much of the gas is created in another part of your tract.
improving your diet and your lifestyle is better than the intervention, but do it if you must.

An enema will not get rid of the gases housed in your intestines.
