Do you think it would be? I think it would be sweet. We have been together 2yrs and like 1month...... We just got a home together and so we are very committed to one another

i think it would be a sweet thought also. maybe he thought it wouldnt because of your birthday being the same day. like it would take away the specialness (i dont think thats a word but im using it) of either occasion.

i think it would be really special. not only is it your 21st but it will also be the day that you both commited to each other. and he will never forget the day you both got engaged coz it will be your birthday.

why would it be rude? If you plan on partying, he should probably ask you early in the evening but what would it do but make the night better?

I don't think it would be rude.......but it would be nice to make another day special instead of doing it on your birthday.
