Here is what you can do to prevent hair fall:
1. Shampoo regularly. Remember, a CLEAN scalp is a HEALTHY SCALP.
2. Brahmi amla oil also promotes hair growth.
3. A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must.
4. Drink 10-12 glass of water everyday.
5. Use a very mild shampoo and condition your hair at least twice a week. When you do, make sure you rinse out the conditioner thoroughly, otherwise residue build-up will cause your hair to look limp and dull.
6. Know your vitamins! IRON is important for healthy hair and brittle, limp hair indicates an iron deficiency. Spinach has a good iron content, so gulp it down!
7. ZINC helps prevent hair loss and greying. Eat adequate zinc rich foods. Overweight people tend to have zinc deficiency, which is inversely related to the body mass index. Thus if you are overweight and if your hair falls too much, you may want to increase your intake of zinc containing foods. Recipes containing stone ground, wholegrain flour are rich in zinc.
8. A shortfall in VITAMIN B may cause dandruff, falling hair, loss of colour and could encourage grey hair. So B group Vitamins are essential for gloss, colour and thickness.
9. VITAMIN C ensures the health of capillaries supplying blood to hair follicles. Make sure your diet includes plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
10. VITAMIN E encourages hair growth. Switch from refined flours to wholemeal and wheatgerm, eggs, vegetable oil.
11. COPPER stops hair from falling. Studies show that the copper content in the blood serum of people with falling hair is less than normal. Different types of alopecia (falling hair) are seen to have a deficiency of this important trace element. Include small quantities of nuts, especially cashews and peanuts, seeds, whole milk and beans in your diet as these contain minute but important amounts of copper.
Good luck babe xx

1st of all u are washing ur hair WAY too often.
washing ur hair too often can cause it to break, thin out and even fall out.
it could be the products ur using too... what shampoo do u use? and what do u put in ur hair after u wash it. under-nourishing ur hair could be the problem too
if it really is your genetics then it wil thin out eventually but what u are doing to ur hair probably speeded it up
maybe u should consider a hair transplant

I'm much older than you and have gone through all those stages of worry and concern. Might I please suggest that yes, genetics has much to do with it, and chemicals and other magic tricks won't prevent it. I truly believe you should accept it, don't let it regulate your life, continue being the person you are, and believe me...there are women who await a relationship and marriage with you that don't care a hoot about your absence of hair, but rather want a man they can count on and be a life partner.

I was the exact same way in high school. You'll go through the 5 stages of grief just like with any loss-
Denial- not me
Anger-why me
Bargaining-Hello,Dr. Bosley please...
Depression- doesn't matter, I'll die alone anyway
Acceptance-this is who I am, heck yeah
If your hair is fine and oily, just buzz it. You'll spend less time getting ready in the morning.
Mandy T is wrong. She doesn't understand men's hair.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tr.im/fDYhX
While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

I just cut it very short when this happened to me. Who cares about your hair? You surely have other things going for you. Besides lots of women (and men) like baldness.
