Look at the ingredients. Water is great, most people are dehydrated and don't realize it. Our cells can only absorb water at a certain rate. Some cells may not absorb water as they should and many chronic diseases may be associated with simple dehydration.
It is also important to replace water soluble vitamins (like energy boosting B-vitamins) and electrolytes, especially if exercising or in a stressful environment. Watch out for fruit juices that may contain added unnecessary sugars.

Water is "Nature's Champagne" & the best drink for you. Juice is good in small amounts because it naturally contains a lot of sugar. I think that Cranberry Juice is the healthiest as it is very good to fight infections in the kidneys & bladder. Orange juice can contain too much acid. People who take blood pressure pills must not take grapefruit juice, but otherwise-that is a healthy juice in moderation.

to be fit and healthy morning you take a glass of water with lemon and a little honey . If you want to reduce your weight drink glass of carrot and greenguard juice daily .A glass of butter milk keeps you healthy . If you are not fat have a cup of yoghurt daily . that keeps you cool. Tender coconut water is best for yor mind and body as well . Fresh fruit juices will keep you charming .But avoid any other drinks like coke cocacola etc. Be happy and stay cool.

I am not familiar with Easy Way tea drink, but if it has added sugar (check the label) then I would not call it a healthy drink. If you are looking for a healthy tea drink, your best bet is quality green tea.

Water is the only healthy drink.
Do you know how much sugar is in fruit? How many peices of fruit are squished to get the juice to fill a glass? That's a lot of sugar. Fruit juices also have a lot of acid in them which will wear away your teeth.
So drink water :)

water and herbel teas are the best for you. fresh juices can also be good, but watch the sugar content. boost juices are actually really high in sugar (probably why they taste so good!) so in actual fact, aren't that good for you. i've never heard of EasyWay tea drinks, so can't help you there, sorry.

Easy Way is an Aussie thing. I have no idea what is in it. I would say water and beer are two of the healthiest drinks you can consume.

I'd go with fresh fruit smoothies. Jamba Juice has a lot of healthy ones. Great in the summer! Mmm!!!
