Neither, we have more to worry about a terrorist getting ahold of a nuke bomb, nations at least know they will get blasted if they attack, a terrorist doesn't care if he dies

The North Koreans have currently nuclear weapons, but their missiles wont be able to do the trick (their missiles need to be improved, otherwise even the currently flawed Missile Defence systems have a very high chance of stopping them), so attack will probably be through covert means (which is far harder to stop than any ballistic missile). The Iranians already have improved missile technology thanks to the damn Russians and North Koreans (how ironic, Kim Jong ill dosent care so much about his country that he sells even better missiles to Iran than the ones his country are throwing out into the Sea of Japan), but no nukes to arm them with. In terms of actual capability NoKor can use nukes earlier than Iran, but not necessarily at the USA. If they will though is another matter...even these imbeciles arent so deranged that they will risk having their nations (not because they care about their peoples but rather that they want to live more) turned into parking lots.

Mutual guaranteed destruction. North Korea is prevalent with that in the journey that they attempt some thing with us, we are able to spoil them. the completed international is merely waiting for a reason to attack N. Korea. they have made idle threats like this beforehand and not in any respect some thing has befell. it really is the tale of the boy who cried nuke. we do not care what they are asserting because none of their threats advise have any weight to them.

thats not gonaa happen at least in the next fifty years or so.
no matter how hardline they are or how extremist positions they take, i dont think they are foolish enough to launch an attack against the might of the United States.
they fully understand that they cant beat america at a war specially as aggressors.
now the question arises what is the explanation behind their current threats.
well i feel that it is just a political blackmail to mount pressure on the other side so as to secure more and more concessions from them

Neither.
The people who really have to worry about Iran all live in Europe.
And N. Korea is not stupid enough to commit national suicide.
