There are 3 primary reasons for hair going grey at your age, genetical reason, liver problem and stress. You cannot do much about the first one, but for the 2nd and 3rd reason you have some control in your own hands.

Try using some cool oil or ayurvedic hairoil on a bi weekly basis, this will not reverse the greying process but will at least control it to some extend. Do not dye or color your hair, as recent research shows that coloring the hair actually speeds up the greying phenomena. If you have liver problem, which can be another reason for premature greying, try taking neem based liver capsules.

Its in your genes and you really shouldn't worry too much about it...its not a biggie honest.
Its the same as losing your hair...my husband started losing his in his 20's and now he looks great even though he worried about it for years.
If you do try and dye it, go for something natural and get a hairdresser to do it other wise it ends up looking like a wig or something.
I think you'll find that you notice it more than other people .... just don't worry. I'm sure you still look great.

Grey hairs are caused by stress.

Unless you have suffered a shock or had an illness, genetics. Both my Dad and I started getting greys early - I found my first at 13 and my sister plucked it out and put it in her diary, crowing all the while!

It's in the genes. I already had grey streaks at your age. Now I am silver all over and love it. I have taken after my father's side of the family, whereas my siblings haven't. Check pictures on my 360° page.
