any pain in the body is due to lack of blood circulation blood ciculation takes properly when your breathing is normal sit on achair try to lift your leg taking a deep breath in and bring down the leg with deep breath out make pranayama exercises daily for 5 to 10 minutes. pranayama is the best medicine for everything it keeps you cool whole day yoy forget your pain.

Not sure exactly what you mean...but if it means you cannot walk properly then sitting on a cdhair and paddling your feet up and down on a balloon or a ball or something inflatable is good exercise for feet..aching feet anyhow.

swimming, because your don't need to use your feet to support you.
Talk to your doctor about some more exercises :)
