You need yo use a gentle shampoo and a deep penetrating moisturizing conditioner.I would also suggest a leave in conditioner and a weekly hair treatment. There are many types and price points on the market. I have found Infusium by Clairol pretty good for a leave in conditioner. Papaya moist shampoo and conditioner by Freemen is very good. The very best product I have found for hair across the board is ojon. Its a little more expensive but it really works and it works on all hair types. They ave a weekly treatment and different hair products.

Get some deep conditioner and use it at least once a week. Also buy shampoo and conditioner that are tailored for coloured hair. Another good product is V-05 Hot Oil - it's a little tube of oil that you heat up in water and put on your hair. It's great.

use a leave in conditioner, or just use extra conditioner. Try Herbal Essence colour treated for damage hair products.

get a shampoo and conditioner that is for color treated hair. Also get a conditioner that is thick, and after you wash your hair and apply the conditioner, leave it in a few minutes beofre rinsing it out. It really helps. I have curly colored hair and mine can get dried really easy and i use Tresseme shampoo and cond. and it really helps out. You can get a big bottle for much cheaper than most other shampoo's

use the most moistuizing shampoo and conditioner you can and get a leave in conditioner like tigi split mender. it works really good at softening and smoothing. also whenever your not going somewhere try to let your hair air dry and dont style it.

go to any drug store and get a GOOD cholesterol treatment. after you wash your hair, apply this, working it all the way to the ends, wrap with a warm moist towel and let sit for about 20 mins. rinse it out real well with COOL water, not COLD. gently towel dry and let it air dry the rest of the way.
