Do you spend too much time doing things that you don't have to be doing but choose to anyway? Once you realize this, do you want to stop? How can one stop an addictive behavior- slowly wean off of it or quit altogether?

Addictive behavior is common in human beings!!! Usually, the best advice is to start a new habit that is incompatible with the old behavior. In other words, Make Better Choices...! You will still have to meet the needs that the other behavior was satisfying. Find a better way; ask yourself "What else could I do to meet this need?"

We are all addicted to something. But if it is TV and shopping then our society thinks that is OK.

There is no such thing as weaning off. You just wake up one day and make a decision.

YEAH... lol Sometimes I stop. Other times I don't all depends on what I am doing.

Both ways work. All depends on YOU and how you deal with things.

yeah i spend like almost all my time on myspace mann i mean i love it but i dont wanna be on it like forever
