Swallow. Its seems a little gross but seemen is packed full of nutrient that are good for our bodys. Plus if men like it when we swallow then why not do it to please the ones we love?

Let the them know that one of the ingredients is sorbitol the same ingredient in sugarfree candy and they lose weight, they will want it all the time. It's better than buying sugarfree candy. trust me they will swallow.............Enjoy
