my qualification is btech and I have got software skills n experience. One person have given me an offer to go to U.S on business visa. He says I helps me over there to convert the business visa to workpermit visa.
Is that possible over there?

What this person suggests is very risky, and is probably also a scam. It is extremely difficult to get a visa to work in the US. They will coach you in how to lie to a consular officer (which can result in a permanent bar from the US if you get caught). If you succeed in getting a visitor's visa, they will take you to the US, string you along for months, take all your money for 'fees,' then watch you get deported.
