I know a guy who is Asian, and he is really shy around girls...especially me. How do I help him overcome his shyness? His coworker tried to get him to talk to me, but he keeps saying that he doesn't know what to say. The language barrier isn't the problem because he speaks English very well.
Any insight would help, thank you!!!

Start a conversation with him and even saying hi here and there will make him a tad more comfortable.. He'll prolly start getting use to you speaking with him and even tho he will be comfortable and still shy.. He'll prolly like to start talking more and more & eventually he'll get some self-confidence and overcome thee shyness.. Eventually..

Say hi or try to talk to him every day. And one day he will get over his shyness like I did it took me 2 weeks to speak to one woman damn I was a looser then.

He needs to be more secure with himself.... he's insecure. I used to be that way, but I've learned a lot about how to overcome it. Email me, and I can give advice or some material he can read.

My friend has the same issue, he speaks English well though. I guess that you need to just be really aggressive or something

Break the ice, go and chat with him,he will take time but after some time he will start liking your company

if his really shy around u that probably means he likes u & if u like him then just be persistant with him. talk to him, take extra measures to be around him, eventually he will get comfortable around u & open up : )

just walk up to him and give him a big kiss and tell him to meet u later for dinner and then talk things out then.

I WOULD SAY IF YOU LIKE HIM LET HIM GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER. AND HE MIGHT BE AFRAID OF GETTING HURT. SOME TIMES THE HUMAN MIND IS AHARD THING TO UNDER STAND IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE THERE COMEING FROM OR WERE THEY HAVE BEEN.
