Should the man have to pay for child support if the couple took all possible measures not to get pregnant. They used condoms, birth control and other methods, yet she still got pregnant. The discussed pregnancy earlier and in the even that she got pregnant they BOTH agreed that she would have an abortion. But after she gets pregnant she decides to keep the baby. Should the man have to pay child support? I am not the man in this question.

firstly, even if a girl agrees on abortion, it is not an easy thing to deal wit... come on, u r killing a human being... i'm sure guys wudnt consider abortion if it was their body...
secondly, the guy shudnt HAVE to pay for shild support, but it wud b nice for the guy to chip in here and there... after all, the child is still his.... doesnt he feel at least a bit responsible...
lastly, make sure tht the girl is pregnant... she cud just b saying tht just to get some chachinggg out of u~~~

Technically yes. It is part of being an adult and having sexual intercourse with someone. It's always a risk. Once the baby is born your friend will see this baby and chances are look back and think he was an idiot to have not thought he would be happy to begin with. Things happen, you just have to take responsiblity no matter the end result and live your life. This IS his child and he did help make it. Who knows why the girl agreed but if she isn't comfortable with abortion than she shouldn't be forced into it. She like everyone else has the right to change her mind. Tell your friend that if he's man enough to have sex, he is man enough to deal with an adult situation like this.

Yes because even though they took all those measures and she changed her mind, there was still a chance that this would happen so if the guy didn't want kids, then he should not have had sex in the first place. By the way, if the condom was used properly, it would not have broken.

a child is innocent. step up to home plate and take care of ur responsibilty u cheap ba stard. stop lying and trying to make urself seem like it is not u your talking about. the mother of the baby is probably not as worried as u are over ur so-called friend ur asking the question for.

Even with all the modern day preventive measures, none say they are 100 percent perfect on the package for a reason. The guy took the chance and should have to pay for it.
This is just another reason why sex should be saved for marraige, not to mention it is God's desire for sex to be in marraige only!!!

If there is no legal binding agreement, and the man is unwilling to help care for the child, then yes, the man is obligated to pay child support.
Is it right? No, but it's how the system works.

yes. if you are the one to father the child then it is your responsibility to raise and support the child financially until it is 18.

absolutely he should have to pay....no matter what kind of aggreement the 2 came too prior to the conception of the child, the fact is, the baby is 50% "him" period...you play you pay!
