I am an african american Male, who Hasn't had any chemicals in his hair. I have a Tightly curled Dark brown (almost black) Afro right now. Now I want to get straight white hair ( almost like Storm from the Xmen) How should I get started? What should I do, or use?

My suggestion to that, have your hair bleached out by a stylist, and put a chemical relaxer in it. you will more than likely not get that white because there is 7 shades to bleaching. To get that white you will have to basically ruin your hair. But if you do try this please! please! be care and don't do it yourself. Make sure the stylist uses a toner it will help take yellow out and get you close to your shade.
The best way for you to go that white and that straight buy a wig! J/K

Speaking as a professional hair stylist, the strength of lightening agents required to lift your hair to the level of lightness desired combined with the chemical relaxer for ethnic hair is a recipe for disaster in or out of the salon. My advice is to choose one or the other and have it done by an experienced professional.

well my sister said if u are African American u should be proud of
your hair because every body is tr yin to be like us so don't change

well the only thing i can think of is to bleach your hair. go to a local store and go into the dyes for women and guys and there should be a dye for bleaching hair

you can bleach it, but I really don't think you should straighten it to. The chemicals are to harsh to be used together. Your hair may wind up breaking off. You don't want to be bald,do you?

Get a bleach out kit from "spencers" at the mall.

well, you get some really really light bleach, or get some white
hair die. you can prolly get it at Sally Beauty Supply.
