living in Tampa Florida and passed written test today , scheduled
for driving test Mon., will I be able to get a valid DL.

I think that Florida passed a law requiring that young adults seeking a drivers license need to show proof that they have graduated H.S. The purpose for this was to keep the # of students dropping out of H.S

Once you're over 18, you can get your license. The law applies to 16-17 year olds that are still in school, as an incentive to not drop out. I have never once had to show proof of graduation in Florida, and I moved from out of state. I didn't even have to prove I was in school or had graduated (I had already graduated anyway) to get a Florida DL. I was 17 when I got my Florida DL. I moved from Arkansas with an Arkansas DL.
