Fineto is neither Spanish or Italian!!!!!!
In italian and spanish is Finito....
in Spanish as an adjetive means .finite...
and in italian is the past participle of the verb 'finire' wich means finish

it means that your finished... best used after you cuss someone out in a huge argument... just throw your hands up, twist your wrists so your hands flick out and shout "FINETO" and walk away with you butt swishing from side to side.... its very powerful!! :)
