God destroyed everybody in the world, except your Grandpa, and you want to know why he didn't go ahead and kill him too...this is the point where parents look at their child and say, "It's God's Will, now go to sleep dear..."
The Truth is in the breeding of the next sixty generations. People speak of evolution, as if Darwin invented it. Selective breeding of animals, plants, and people was well known by Jacob, only a few generations later. That bloodline, from Adam to Jesus, took blood very serious. Apperently God wanted a Son. And he was very selective in his choice of a mother. He wanted the child to be clean, immaculate in fact. Back to your question;
Would you throw the baby out with the bath-water?

The question of God's sovereignty had not yet been put to rest.
The lie told by Satan to Adam and Eve placed before all creation the question "Does God have the right to rule the entire Universe"
To this day it has not yet been put to rest. However, at the "war of the great day of God the Almighty" Armageddon will curtail Satan's reign on earth for a 1000 years. At the end of the 1000 years Satan will be unleashed on mankind for on finial test of the faithful and all those following Satan will be cast into the "lake of fire and sulfur" to everlasting destruction.

Because Noah would not have been able to build a spaceship to get there. Noah had a tough time building a 400 foot boat! Could you imagine trying to builld a spaceship to fit all the animals??
And God loved and trusted Noah and wanted to start the blood line with him.

Perhaps he had several times before. No-one ever said this is the first world he created. Maybe this time, Noah exhibited a trait that God wanted to isolate and encourage. Like killing weeds so that a rose would grow.

interesting question. i guess probably because it would be more difficult to create a new world than to just cleanse the old one. God already created the world once, He just wanted to prove to everyone that He could take away what He created just by flooding the earth. it was to teach us that in the end of time only a chosen few will be able to reach heaven as only a chosen few were able to ride the ark.

Interesting question. He could have totally done that, recreated everything I mean...except he liked Noah and his family and the animals hadn't done anything wrong, so that's why He saved them. There were supposedly very evil people and Nephalim (spelling) that were 1/2 angel and 1/2 human that God was trying to wipe out.

Well, in the bible, Noah and his family is a good man. He's the only one who believes in him! Why should Noah die for that? And for the animals, what have THEY done? Nothing to harm us. Just their regular doings. And what a waste of a planet it would be to leave the world. It hasn't been there for a whole MILLENIUM so why should it change?

He did create a new world. A new world without all the evil men who were destroying it and themselves. And his method was saving Noah via Ark.

Probably because He wanted Noah and his family to live. God is going to create a new world but not until this one passes away.
Revelation 21
The New Jerusalem
1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.

He did that for you on your idea. The 'finished international' likely replaced into not the completed earth even if the completed international wide-spread then on the time of Moses writing it. The Bible isn't a newspaper yet divine understanding God composed in one of those fashion as to exclude from him those whose psychological delight prevents faith in him. it truly is the justice of God.you should ask God why he did not do issues your way rather of his own understanding about a thanks to do issues. Why not furnish to God your own extra acceptable thoughts to advise him a thanks to do issues extra acceptable? Many do. after I lived In Galilee Jesus informed me it truly is how he prolonged the 5 loaves and 2 fish to feed 5000. He suggested, I created it out of not some thing.
