Try moving out of the ghetto, your parents take money from you?
Sounds like you/your parents are poor and you need to worry more about your future rather than what 'new' clothes you have.
Shop at wal-mart instead of baby phat, and maybe you will get to go to college instead of mcdonalds.

make a budjet,save up enough for your personal needs and for your future(in case) give them what u have left and make it clear to them the can't get more than a certain amount out of u for a certain period of time,like u could give them money monthly and let them know (make it clear)that will be it for the month and u can't afford anymore than that (this doesn't mean u shoould be greedy,give them something that can really help them)
