I think that they do. I imagine that most fetishes start, at least in their most basic form, at an early age, perhaps in elementary school. As time progresses and one ages and goes through puberty, they start to take on sexual connotations, which shapes the person's thoughts and desires, and when the basic notions of sexuality are being formed. I doubt that basic fetishes just emerge ex nihilo in adulthood, when sexual identities are pretty much fixed.

From personal experiences, my fetishes started arising around the age of 15. That's when I would sneak and watch porn, and experiment with myself. That is also when all the boys at school wanted to talk about was sex. I think everyone is totally different though. As long as your not 10 I think fetishes are totally normal.
