Okay every where I keep hearing the worst thing you can do is to call or IM a guy after the first date cause he's the one who's supposed to right.

Well, before the date ended he said he wanted to go out again. Now I haven't heard from 'em in 3 days but I did see him online on MSN (but I didn't msg him).

So I'm thinking next time I see him online I'll just message him and say hi....but I keep hearing that if he's really interested then he'd be the first to contact you. Bah... what's the best thing to do?

If you are interested in meeting him again, you may send him a message (IM or email) that it's nice seeing him and looking forward to hearing from him.
In your first date, even he said that he would see you again. But he didn't contact you right away. I guess that you didn't show a strong interest to him. So he is not sure if he should invite you again. I suggest you to let him know that you are interested in seeing him.
Good Luck!

He saw you on-line too and he didn't message you. So was it really that great a date or are you just without other things to do? Three days isn't much time.

I'd just find someone else. At best he's ambivalent.

Well, I called first after our "first date".

We've been very happily married now for 10+ years.

;)

Call the boy!
