You first need to find a girl you like.
This is just an example but I have a friend that is very scared of girl. Even though he is a boy and is my friend he fears girls to a point beyond normal. He will do everything he can to avoid girls unless he has no choice like sitting next to a girl in school or on a elevator.
But he is not gay at all and gets me to burn him porn a lot. I think he may like me and he's not ugly or anything. He still fears me sometimes.
The reason I bring this up is not everyone is made to have a girlfriend or have sex by a age or date.
So there could be many reasons why you are waiting but one thing is for sure there are millions of people out there worse off or just like you. Now to answer your question the right time I guess would be a time were you are able to take care of a kid in a worse care scenario but lots of people including my self ignore that though or at least hide it.
Get in a relationship that does not stress your out that's your first goal.

Dude, the right time was about 1999.
Wake up and smell the roses. Your losing your life as you speak. I'm not saying you should become a whore, but you need to explore your sexuality while you are young. You've already pissed on 7 GREAT years... how many more are you going to lose?
Find a woman (they are not hard to find) and live a little. This isn't 1940... sex is ok. It's ok to have sex. People do it all the time, honest. You're a mature adult (I assume). You are able to drink alchohol, you can drive a car, you can vote in national elections... and yes, you can have sex.
Do yourself a favor and explore life a little. Even if the first time is TERRIBLE. Get back on the horse and ride again! Before you know it, you will be 40. You're already going to regret starting sooo late, but dear lord, stop the insanity!

Well you know when it is the right time with the right person. I know it sounds cliche and all, but believe me it is really worth the wait as the "special" moment will be 110 times more special if you care about the gurl as well. We are humans and brain works with the rest of your body. What goes on in there when you are in love and making love, is like a 4rth of July at Xmas!!
Dont waste the only "1st time" you will get just so that you can get over and done with it. If you feel pressured by others, well sorry, but it is your life and your decision about your moment. You call the shots. Not them.

Its just simple, for you to have being a virgin this long, you knew that it was not the time. I am sure when the time come you will know. By the way congratulation for it. Just do not rash into having sex. You might be a little disappointed if it does not turn out the way you expected.

The right time is when you have met someone that your ready to make your wife. You won't be like the movie, hang on to the virginity, it is still a gift worth giving to the one your going to marry. You can only give it once.

Stop worrying about yourself and concentrate on whomever you are dating. Only after the third date, should you mentioned that you have "waited" and only if you really like her. If she is a good woman, she'll stay and bide her time with you. If she's bad, she'll try "get you" and probably try to control you with sex. If she is experienced and enjoys sex a lot, she'll probably dump you, maybe after stealing your virginity or just leave because she wants an experienced man. The only way to find out, is to put yourself out there. ALWAYS use protection.

God designed sex. He intended it as a fusing of two bodies. Genesis 2.24 says this "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh."
If you have sex with someone outside of marriage, you will remain attached to them even if you break up with them.
Do not worry about becoming a forty year old virgin. When you are forty and if you are still a vigin, no one has to know. I am pretty sure, you are already more mature than the guy in that movie, so you dont have to worry about it!!!!

When they say yes, the time is right. Sorry i know that's a stupid answer, but there is really no other way to know.
