I'd have to stick with Tub. It is the most efficient form of butter. Spray and squeeze for some reason loses it's taste very slightly. Stick on the other hand isn't very convenient. With a tub of butter, you can use any amount you want without having to open up another stick. And it seals itself. What more could you ask?

It really all depends on what you are cooking. Tub butter is great for toast or grilled cheese or if you are in a pinch for something calling for a certain amount of butter. Stick butter is best if you are baking. Unsalted for most things, although I prefer "I Can't Belive It's Not Butter" for cookie making. Spray works for preparing pans or vegetables and squeeze works for pancakes and waffles.

All the above. Stick to measure when baking is much easier. Spray has less calories ( I can't believe it's not butter) and tastes just like butter. Tub to spread on toast. Squeeze fro corn on the cob. They are all good.

I think tub butter is better for a quick spread while stick butter is better for cooking with. Since I don't use butter much anyways, I'd prefer to use milked cream.

They all serve different purposes, real butter (STICK) for baking, tub to spread on toast, and spray for cooking
