Tell them "If there are extra charges on the phone bill from Texas, just know that it isn't me, and you may want to talk to your son about his new girlfriend." Also, the phone number called will be on the bil, so why would they blame you? Also, with most modern calling plans today, it shouldn't really come to too much anyways. So, don't worry.

Talk to your parents now and let them know that you aren't the one making the phone calls. You should also tell your brother to fess up and tell them that it was him. If worse comes to worse you could always have your parents call the girl's house and talk to her or tell your parents to put a long distance blocker on the phone. Obviously if it was you making the calls you wouldn't suggest a long distance blocker.
