I was married at my uncles house...he married me and my hubby

The first wedding was in my grandmother's back yard because we couldn't afford anything more than that.
The second wedding was at the County Courthouse. It was a month before our youngest son was born and my insurance had been cancelled. So it took 13 years and (almost) three kids for us to get married on April 1, 2005.

On the beach in Rocky Point, Mexico. It was intimate, cheap, and a total blast! We were going to do the stuffy resort wedding, but decided at the last minute to ditch the plans and head down to the beach. It was where we got engaged and where we've spent loads of time with family and friends. It was awesome!

Outside at a park right on the water, because we both love the ocean and we wanted a casual wedding. This park even had a little beach. And the guys wore khakis, hawaiian shirts, and flip flops. The girls wore knee-length dresses and flip flops. It was sooo much fun.

In my parent's back yard which is also the house I grew up in. We got married under a huge tree that had just been tiny when we moved in.
Why...mostly because it was free. Also, it was pretty and felt right to be doing it in a place that was special to me.

I was married at this cute little chapel because neither one of us belonged to a church and I wanted it inside just in case it was either to hot or it rain.

In a Greek Orthdox church, and the reception was in the hall attached to it. It was beautiful :)
