Ummmm....no wouldn't want to. My reason is that being immortal and living in such a small place as earth even if it was a paradise would get boring very quickly. I'd like to live forever but I'd really like to be a able to travel and explore forever too.

I don't think it really matters what or where God chooses to place me after I die. I just trust that God knows best and that He is just.
I do know that this earth will not last forever, the bible talks about a new earth....
Revelation 21
The New Jerusalem
1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. Are you kidding me!!!! There is no such thing as paradise on this earth. Heaven is a place that is unemaginable. Something beyond our comprehension. Why would I give up Heaven for This crust of Earth.
