I water fast several times a year and have been doing so for over 25 years. When you water fast for one day, you will not experience much in the way of anything unusual; however, many people do get headaches because your body may miss things like caffeine or sugar. Weight loss and cleansing takes a lot longer period than a one-day water fast. If you do decide to go longer than one day, I would advise you only to do so under the supervision of a doctor, as there are people who cannot sustain a water fast without injuring their bodies.

Naturally, you will urinate more frequently; and since most healthy normal people only have one bowel movement per day, you shouldn't experience anything unusual in that way.

It is a good thing for a body to do a water fast one day every week. I hope you enjoy it and continue to bathe the inside of your temple!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

It's not good not to eat at all - unless you are fasting for some reason. You can live without food for quite some time but it's probably not super healthy. Staying hydrated is good, but if you are looking to lose weight it's better if you just balance what you eat and eat small portions.

You'll have to urinate more. You'll begin to cleanse your digestive tract as well. Fast for 2 to 3 days and you'll have a totally empty digestive tract.

There was a man at my old congregation that preached about fasting as a way to clease the body and clear the mind. it even talks about fasting in the bible and that it is good for you.

Nothing much, you'll just fit better in your jeans for that day and the next you'll be so hungry that you might find yourself eating just about everything. Personal experience! I don't recommend it

I have done that before because I wanted to hydrate for a big soccer game(I was stupid then) If your thinking that it will settle your hunger, it won't. You just stay really hydrated and really hungry.

pee alot next to no energy and any weight you lose will be back next day. also if you starve your body when u do feed it it will hold onto it longer and metabolize slower making it where you actually gain weight.
