No. In fact it will probably cause you to get dumber. Orgasms free your mind from bad thoughts that can break your concentration.
Orgasms can also numb you to pain or stress for a short while witch will let you focus more and or get better sleep so you will have more energy for the next day.

I read lost_realist_84 post and of course I know you really cant get dumber I'm not that stupid. But I know girls most girls hide the fact they masturbate at least offline but truthfully I find it hard to get to bed without masturbating. Even at work I will think about sex and it almost never stops. So what I am saying if I stopped doing it I would go crazy.

As a matter of fact.... educated ppl, by that meaning ppl who go to college, tend to pleasure themselves more so than "uneducated" ppl do. Why? educated ppl tend to have an open mind about sexuality where "uneducated" ppl see this with shameful eyes. To answer ur question.... no it does not make u smarter or ignorant. Its a personal choice.
