I had bought it a while ago and I still haven't to this day tried it. I know that it's not a safe way to lose weight and I don't even know if it works?...Just wondering if anyone's tried it and what has happened..I've been told you pretty much crap out 10 pounds in 2 days.

I do exercise daily and eat pretty healthy usually. I was just curious about the product.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Since it is obvious that you do not have a clue about obedience training, your services should be for free. You cannot train even an adult dog for 8 hours a day. About the most that can be done at any one time is 10 - 20 minutes and that is with an adult dog and not a puppy. The attention span on this baby is extremely short and training session should be no more than 10 minutes and twice a day. Additionally, there isn't going to be much learned if you will only be training for 5 days. Obedience training is cumulative and is done over a much longer period of at least several weeks to several months.
What you can charge is determined by your experience, reputation, and accomplishments and in a case like this, should also include guaranteed expectations. Just working with dogs over several years, is not the experience that is necessary to be a dog trainer. There are too many people who are putting that title to their name and fleecing the public. Don't be one of them.

i did it a few weeks ago and i lost eight lbs in two days...i was on the toilet alot but not taking a crap....u basically pee pee all the time cus u drink 8 glasses of water with it. plus it is a perfectly safe thing to do cus it is just fruit juices if u read the label and it taste like a orange drink....i think everyone needs a good fast every now and then! hahahaha!

it works cause you do exactly what you said crap all day for two days it is not healthy in addition to not being healthy you gain double what you lost the best thing to do is loose 2 lbs a week through diet and exercise it is safer moore healthy and you will keep the weight off longer

it doesn't work but you can try a cleanser you do this for a week no more no less 1 week exactly and you could lose up to 14 lbs in one week here's the recipe:
mix:
2tbs. fresh organic lemon juice
1tbs pure maple syrup
1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper
into 8oz of water
for breakfast upon rising drink a glass of the cleanser and a cup of herbal tea and for a morning snack drink 2 more glasses of the cleanser
for lunch drink a glass of the cleanser
for a snack a 12 oz fruit juice plus one or more of the cleanser
for dinner a 12 oz vegetable broth or vegetable juice for a prebedtime snack drink a 12oz vegetable juice and 1 cup of herbal tea

If you haven't attended a good dog traning course you shouldn't complain. You have to learn to understand better your dog, the causes of its bad behaviours and some good techniques to use to get rid of any issue you have with your furry friend.

No diet actually works as a standalone method of weight loss. Please don't subject yourself to crapping your organs out to lose a few pounds that will come back. Eat healthier, exercise more for permanent weight loss. If you REALLY want to crap liquid, try Oxypowder.

i tried it like 2 yrs ago, and it may sound crazy, but i wrapped myself in plastic-wrap! lmao. but i sweated tremendously! but it worked. i lost 3 in inches over the weekend. i worked out everyday. i stopped using it. cause i dont think its approved by the FDA. but the best way to loose weight is by drinking lots of water and exercise daily, go with a friend, its more fun.

actually no, its not a safe way to diet- the best way to is through the most standard way which is to eat 3 sensiable meals a day and exercise- i work in a retail store and sell tons of that diet stuff and i can honestly say its best to do it the old fashioned way.
