You must have a clean record and have been in the air force for 15 years. You must know your aircraft and how to manuever them... then with some more training they certify you to pilot the Air Force One

Once you meet the above qualification (see the first and third answer), you then submit your packet for review. The pilot will be chosen by the Dept of the Air Force. This is a HIGHLY competitive slot.

You need to learn to fly first and then build up a record of good quality flying. Takes years and it is extremely tough.
