I talk to him all the time on the phone he calls me and i call him and we have both established that we both like each other but he just won't ask me out! I am getting so mad because I really want to go out with him and he has done talk me he liked me liked me so idk wut to do! HELP!

It's simple really. Guys want to be given small hints that you like them. Joke around with him a little and be sarcastic. Be witty and make fun of him a little, a guy likes when a girl takes a little charge, it can show that she has some spunk to her and this is attractive. Make him think you are even more interested by asking him personal things that his friends wouldn't ask him, like what he thinks about when he is bored, or what his dream date would be like. I am sure he will get the hint you like him when you are asking these things. He will know that you two are talking of these things for a reason. Key to his heart is intimacy. Get Closer! GOOD LUCK!!

Well here's the truth,... if you have already told him that you like him and in return recieved the green light from his as well, chances are your waiting on a question to be asked that NEVER will. You have hooked yourself a shy guy, he may not be shy in most attributes of his life, but perhaps he just has a large fear of rejection. My advice, you sound like a lil' hot gurl,...very independant and knowing of her own self worth, be a women, let him hear you roar! hehehe
Ask him out.
I never used to be the "asker" type, but while chasing an older guy who would not take the hints I was pretty much hitting him in the face with lol, I was forced to pony up my girlish pride and ask. I did, and after years together now, we will be getting married in late August. So don't let him slip away, I know you got it in you gurl!

make him jealous and do something insane so that everyone talks about you if he gets mad then tell him that all of this you could have had and then turn and walk away

because hes probably dumb and thinks you re gonna ask him out. .Ive been there. probably likes you alot and dont even know how to say it. instead of trying to do things to get him to ask you, just ask him. i bet you he'll say yes.
